Title Search & Examination

We search the public records for the property’s chain of title, liens, judgments, easements, restrictions and other matters, then work with all parties to resolve issues before closing.

Owner’s Title Insurance

An owner’s policy protects buyers against covered title defects, such as undisclosed liens, forgery or recording errors, for as long as they own the property.

Lender’s Title Insurance

A lender’s policy protects the lender’s interest in the property and is typically required for a purchase loan or refinance.

Closings & Settlement

We prepare the settlement statement, coordinate with agents and lenders, and conduct closings for purchases, sales and refinances.

Escrow & Disbursement

We hold earnest money deposits in escrow and disburse funds to all parties once the conditions for closing are met.
